McDonald's in Berlin

Was pointed out yesterday by an obviously very bad-tempered employee gruff and in the barracks tone that we were ordering from the wrong window. I admit that I have never noticed the column with the number 1, which has to be ordered over a loudspeaker. In the past, we ordered and paid for our menus at the first window without a "complaint". The fact that a total of three stops are actually planned, even if the order is limited to just a cappuccino, seems extremely cumbersome to me. In any case, after this experience (I also received a cappuccino without the usual thick foam as a “punishment”) we will change our Sunday route and routine.

If I could, I would like to give it 0 stars. I ordered through Lieferando. Delivery was great. But my order was sheer horror. My big tasty bacon came without a bacon !!! And my cinnamon roll was still frozen, so you almost broke your teeth on it the first time you bite into it. Tried to call, nothing ... I'm super disappointed :( thanks for this frustrating experience

Something is always missing when ordering, The employees are too stupid to put things together correctly. They probably deliberately do not answer the phone. Of the last 8 orders I had to complain to 7. Today the burgers are missing. I'm really served.

Terrible. Nothing works. Coffee machine off, no milkshakes. Sluggish employees. And again, I don't know why we're even going to the junk shop, no milkshakes again.

Super fixed 37 € order I'm full ...

It's a McDonald's, not particularly good, but not bad either. Burgers were at least a little warm

Not never seen closed, no matter if 10pm or 2am ... Quick preparation, nice staff, hot food and the drive-in is also quick

Outrageous employees .. you order something and pay for it. I ask specially is the reordered one in there, in the bag yes is in it. Nothing in there, you should always check everything.

When I was there, protective measures were observed, chicken citizens were not crispy, french fries ok staff nice 👍

After waiting 20 minutes the food was still not there. But every order from Lieferando was processed faster.

Very nice .. Price performance is not always right, but it tastes good.

Standardized tasty (if you like it). The lady at the drive in counter is at least super friendly and has a pleasant voice!

The double cheeseburger was especially good.

Everything comes how it was delivered. Makes me happy I'm my cheat days. It comes not hot but warm enaugh. Happy to have it close by.

One of the 9 "McDonald's of the future" in Berlin. Electronic order, transponders for getting the food served to your table, there's even a computer game table in the rear. Also, this one has the delicious Signature Collection burgers. Staff is friendly, food is fresh.

The advertised schedule is only for the drive in. The restaurant was closed.

Very tasty ... everything is warm and freshly prepared. Everything to the point. The fries also had their salt! Very fast and friendly service. Always happy to be there!

Total disappointment, eat cold even when a man asks for warm food. Was there 4 times last week and something went wrong every time. Not to be recommended!

Food is good and always fresh even the fries. There are deductions for the dirty tables and not complying with the mask requirement. At the entrance and filling in the slip, they pay attention, then people run past the employees without a mask and no one itches.

Funny, the same thing picked up 5 times, every time I have to refill the large fries 🍟 because they are only half full. I've always ordered the Royal TS with no salt, so that it is made fresh. By the time the Royal TS comes in a bag, the french fries have gotten really cold in it because they have to start right away. Basic Operation Course, is that no longer being done?

Fine place but parking may be a little tricky

I visited during Covid times. They had good protocols in place and plenty of antibacterial around. Surfaces were clean. This branch is next to an Ikea so receives high traffic. The foods below par for even McDz standards. Visit only if you are famished. It's right off the bus stop so you can get a bite while waiting for the bus.

Use mask when going, otherwise lovely food.

Ordered a standard box of nuggets with two sauces via Lieferando, and didn't get any sauces so requested for the restaurant to either deliver them separately or do a full refund and pick up the dry nuggets. Nothing could be done instead the guy on the phone said he would give me double the amount of sauces next time. Extremely bad customer service on such an easy order. Also ordered a box of 9 and there's only 8 pieces.

Best fish burger I've had in years... Thank lockdown.. only 2 people allowed inside the restaurant at one time.. 4 staff preparing the food.. delicious.. pity all will change.. this is a pandemic situation review..

Nice place but un cooperative stuff ! I orderd beef burger without pork as i donot love it but they added bacon on it which is pork . You need to be firm on your order and explain in clear german to them.

This McDonalds is the best one in Tempelhof, the staff is nice and the food is better than most other McDonalds around.

I enjoyed time I've spent there, personnel is kind and everything is clean.
